Dance Lab’s 8-Year Anniversary at Sound Mind Center!
Come celebrate eight incredible years of Dance Lab with us at Sound Mind Center in Brooklyn! This special evening will feature music by DJ Omar Aena and a live performance from Karavan Sarai—a fusion of ancient melodies and modern beats to take you on a journey through movement and sound.
This will be a safe and inclusive space, welcoming people from all walks of life to freely express themselves through dance. No prior dance experience is required—just come as you are!
We are thrilled to welcome 5Rhythms teacher Sunshine Sole, traveling from Italy, alongside Spencer Jacobson, co-founder of Dance Meets Tantra, for a transformative experience. If you've been feeling the call to deepen your dance practice, embrace a broader spectrum of expression, or explore tantra in a more embodied, playful way, this is for you. You know that something extraordinary unfolds when embodied movers gather, fully alive and ready to connect, share, and express their magic.
Led by an experienced, attuned facilitation team, we will create a trauma-informed environment rooted in consent, care, and self-responsibility. Together, we'll journey through conscious dance, tantra, shadow work, and ritual, allowing us to let go of our masks and explore the raw, vulnerable beauty of our bodies, hearts, and souls.
Join StoryTell and Queering Existentialism for an evening of connection through conversation and personal storytelling. We'll explore our perspectives, curiosities, and personal stories on the theme of "Radical Acceptance".
*This event is intended for queer folx and allies*

GOD, SEX & THE BODY ~ A weekend-long 5RHYTHMS® deep dive. God Sex and the Body is an initiation into being an embodied soul.
It is a deeply personal journey
A celebration like no other
A ritual for the hot and holy you
It's a call to stretch our imaginations and move through a spectrum of archetypes, to dress them up, to get inside them and give them expression. No one else can be a person exactly like you. No one else can embody your soul, project your magic or have your specific curiosity. Part lover, part artist, part god, we were born to rock the world and feel our way into each others hearts.
With the support of the 5Rhythms maps and the beauty of the season, we will dance the dissolving of opposites: spirit and flesh, masculine and feminine, to reveal and embody the artist, the lover and the seeker within. Join us for this transformative workshop that liberates and inspires us to emerge a bit more fascinated with each other and the mystery of it all.
Transformative Breathwork Experience led by Daniel Silva, Miami's leading Breathwork facilitator.
Free your mind and spirit through the powerful practice of breathwork guided by a man who saved his own life saved through this practice. With just a single night, we break the chains holding you back from your truest potential.
Come celebrate the release of CLOVER’s Debut EP, Atlas. Join us for an evening of vulnerable storytelling, group singing, freedom of expression, and catharsis. Bring your dancing pants and some tissues… you will most likely need them both.
CLOVER is a singer-songwriter from Frenchtown, NJ blending the genres of folk, pop, and soul. Inspired by the likes of Lake Street Dive, Maggie Rogers, and Carole King, she puts the energy of the 60s and 70s in conversation with contemporary music creating a sound that resonates across generations. From energetic and explosive groove-driven songs that get you on your feet, to songs that bring you to your knees in tears, CLOVER touches on topics of love, grief, sovereignty, confidence, and spirituality.
