Join Heather Sanderson in this 2-hour workshop designed to help you connect with your heart, understand how it guides your decisions, and explore living life more embodied and in alignment with your true self. Through a centering circle, we’ll discuss the heart from yoga, chakra, and scientific perspectives, and then experience a cycle of attunement meditation to embody heart-centered sensing. You’ll also move through yoga postures to explore your heart balance, uncover the messages your heart holds, and engage in a heart-exploration exercise with another participant. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is necessary—everyone is welcome to join this transformative journey.
