Open Flow Yoga with Heather

In Open Flow Yoga, we begin by centering and focusing on the breath before flowing through yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment and breath connection. This class welcomes all levels, including beginners, with Heather providing various options and modifications while encouraging students to listen to their own bodies. With over twenty years of healing experience, Heather has taught yoga, meditation, and Reiki for more than a decade. Her classes integrate elements from sacred plant medicine, neuroscience, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help everyone discover their unique learning paths. Additionally, Heather is a published author of over 20 works in the "Dreaming with the Plants" series and 5+ books in "The Future is Possible" series.
